  1. Agent notification, I will notify the top agents in the area that your home is for sale. With my sale reputation, agents listen when I call.
  2. Multiple photos, I can produce up to 30 photos of your home which will be posted on my web site, MLS, realtor.com and any other internet sites that will accept the photos.
  3. KW.com, I will place your home on Keller Williams’ national web site. Any potential buyer visiting this web site that sees your home can get in touch with me directly without any red tape.
  4. Boston.com, Boston.com is the most visited local real estate web site. Keller Williams has enhanced our listings with Boston.com to ensure maximum internet hits.
  5. Open Houses, I will l hold periodic open houses.
  6. Enhanced Realtor.com web site, Realtor.com is the largest real estate web site in the country receiving millions of hits per month. All local members of our Multiple Listing Service offer properties on this site.  I pay an additional charge to have my listings enhanced with additional ad copy, photos, and special headlines.
